The Human Resources Coordinator assists in the operation and maintenance of the HRIS system to ensure accurate and timely processing of all changes to an employee's database and maintains ongoing integrity of data through data entry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Processes all employee changes through data entry or workflow process. Troubleshoots problems with HR data and seeks to resolve the issue. Maintains the integrity and accuracy of the HRIS system. Tracks union contract increase indicated in the 363 agreement and enters these increases into the HRIS System. Manages adjustments for absence plans when an employee returns from a leave of absence or under other circumstances as neede
