Principal duties of the Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) Clinical Pharmacy Specialist are providing highly innovative and progressive clinical pharmacy services and developing and directing clinical pharmacy programs in the Home-Based Primary Care Program. Clinical pharmacy duties are also performed in other areas of the Medical Center as necessity requires and time permits. plans, coordinates, and conducts education and training programs for personnel. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
