Primary Shift: Day

Base hourly pay: $16.39 to $18.03 hourly

In this role you will:

• Greet and welcome patients.

• Ensure patient flow by assisting patients in a timely manner.

• Obtain patient information, doctor information and enter requisitions that accompany specimens to the lab.

• Contact doctors for any missing information when needed.

• This is a hospital-based Laboratory environment.

All you need is:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required

• Excellent computer skills, required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Previous customer service experience, preferred

• Basic computer and data entry skills
