The incumbent is responsible for providing all aspects of Primary Care services within one or more of a multi-division (Topeka-Leavenworth) facility and nice Community Based Outreach Clinics (CBOC). The Primary Care physician may be asked to provide care in various settings including as a member of an outpatient Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), CBOC, and other areas as appropriately credentialed.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-1630
