Social Work Program Coordinator
The Social Worker serves as program coordinator and is responsible for the professional and administrative management of the Veteran Directed Care (VDC) within the NAVAHCS system. The Incumbent provides direct clinical services, on-sight facility visits and resolve problems that arise regarding patient care issues, driving in the community is required. The Social worker directly works with stakeholders from the facility including Social Work Service and Geriatric and Extended Care programs. Basic Requirements Citizenship: Citizen of the United States. Licensure: Candidate must be licensed or certified by a state at the advanced practice level, and must be able to provide supervision for licensure. Education: Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a school of social work fully accredited
