ChristianaCare is searching for a BC/BE Non-Invasive Clinical Cardiologist to join our Center for Heart & Vascular Health in our Salem County, New Jersey location.

About the Position

• Join an established outpatient practice with existing patient panel
• Currently an outpatient job with no inpatient responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage the full range of cardiovascular diseases in the ambulatory setting with one experienced Advanced Practice Clinician
• In-office routine treadmill stress testing and ECHO
• Part of a larger cardiology group spanning NJ, DE and MD
• Work collaboratively with our primary care partners in the development of population health-based initiatives
• On-call for outpatient practice only

About the Team

ChristianaCare Cardiovascular Consultants is a large, progressive, hospital-based cardiology group that includes 25 cardiologists and 16 advanced practice clinicians. The section of Cardiology also includes diverse community-based practices. The practice setting offers busy clinical practice, opportunities to participate in teaching of Cardiology Fellows and House staff, and engagement in clinical research. The Center for Heart and Vascular Health at Christiana Hospital sees on average 1,800 chest pain admissions and performs over 3,000 cardiac catheterizations, 1,400 PCIs, 1,600 EP procedures and 880 cardiac surgical procedures annually. The Center also provides advanced heart failure services including placement and management of left-ventricular assist devices. ChristianaCare is affiliated with the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. In addition, the Center partners with Pennsylvania Hospital for cardiac transplantation and transplant medicine services.
