Administrative Coordinator - Research
The primary function of the Administrative Coordinator is to provide administrative and technical support to Research Administration. Will have direct interaction with Doctoral and senior staff on a daily basis.Primary Responsibilities: Assist with special projects Human Resources contact for new hires, position changes, reimbursements, payment requests, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, filing, Receiving visitors, recording meeting minutes and Oracle supply chain ordering. Telephone coverage includes receiving, initiating, and fielding calls.
