The Organizational Development Assistant assists both OD Team Members as well as Team Members at all levels of Beebe Healthcare.Provides support for planning and executing OD training/events and New Hire Orientation. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure department needs are met. Thoroughly administers the Tuition Reimbursement benefit and serves as the primary contact for team member requests.Maintains team member records in HealthStream including making assignments and pulling reports.

Responsibilities:
Understands the function and roles within the HR and OD departments and can assist and/or direct customers as necessary
Assists HealthStream Administrator and Learning Content Developer with testing and proofreading electronic materials to prepare for rollout
Manages calendars in Microsoft Outlook for meeting/conference rooms
Provides administrative support to the OD department: placing orders, scheduling and securing space for meetings/trainings, scheduling classes via HS and other calendars, and data entry
Maintains records, reports and files, including providing reports, files, and other requested documents for Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.
Inventories and maintains department supplies
Prepares meetings/training spaces, including food set up and cleanup when necessary.
Assists with care and maintenance of department equipment including meeting room audio visual equipment.
Works directly with team members to assist with HealthStream, answer questions related to OD, or connect them to appropriate people/teams they need.
Supports team members with tuition reimbursement and certification/re-certification policies and provides administrative support to process requests.
