The Quality Data Auditor is responsible for ensuring supplemental data submitted by Providers for various quality programs complies with current measurement specifications and appropriate documentation requirements.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
Reviews clinical and non-clinical documentation submitted by physicians and other associated vendors for accuracy relative to measure specifications and approves as appropriate.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Quality Metrics specifications and Quality Registry used to monitor patients enrolled in Quality Incentive Programs
Demonstrates collaboration within and across Quality teams
Provide support for development of data quality and accuracy methods by assuring quality of data entered and recommending improvements on supplemental data entry flow,
Report to leadership weekly on productivity metrics
Responsible for validation of data entry by GNP offices in Cozeva UI.
Troubleshoots questions and concerns regarding patients meeting, or not meeting, a specific quality measure in a timely manner.
Reviews own work for accuracy, reasonableness, and completeness. Able to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards as assigned by management.
Ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
