JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understands business drivers and identifies required competencies for recruitment of top talent. Leads in defining and executing appropriate sourcing strategies defined by the business need, to include all internal and external resources available.

Oversees the process of presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in making a hire, including assuring references, drug screen and background checks are completed on all candidates who have accepted positions

Responsible for day-to-day work of recruiters (internal and external) including interviewing, coaching, and training of new and existing staff to include managing external recruiting vendors and service levels agreements.

Develops and tracks an effective pipeline of candidates. Compiles employment/recruiting related tracking, metrics (e.g., time to fill, applicant flow, etc.) reports and analysis of the results recommending improvements.

Partners with Operational leadership and HR Business Partners on capacity and resource planning to ensure workforce planning and forecasting aligns with business/client needs.

Establishes, cultivates and maintains solid working relationships with hiring managers, external relationships and other internal recruiting partners

Responsible for recruiter development and for identifying and implementing training needed for building hiring leader capabilities.

Manage and lead the applicant tracking system and position control/requisition process.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
If direct report positions are listed below, the following responsibilities will be performed in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Self-starter who can work with Hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partners in remote offices as well as independently without close supervision

Proficiency in Windows environment, specifically Excel and Word, is mandatory

Experience with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.

4-year college degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.

3 - 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare related organization with multi-site responsibility
-
1 � 2 years in a recruiting or human resources leadership role with direct reports
