Senior Human Resources Generalist Position Summary
The Sr. Generalist may have the following duties in addition to those for HR Generalist - labor relations activities, complex employee relations matters and highly sensitive investigations.

Responsibilities
Manages assigned programs
Investigates employee relations issues
Advises managers and supervisors on regulations, policies and effective HR practice
Performs special projects as assigned.

THE SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education
Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience

Experience
Required: 4 years in Human Resources

Certifications
Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
