Your day.

As a Contingent Workforce Coordinator, you need to know how to:

Organized and managed the daily operations of the assigned applications department. Plans, analyzes, and implements technical activities of highly complex projects for centralized application.

• Collaborates with hiring managers to determine healthcare staffing needs, and promptly fill open positions through the MSP program.


• Partners with MSP Provider to manage and fill open positions with highly qualified contractors.


• Collaborates with MSP for the onboarding and offboarding contract workers throughout the organization under SCL Healthâ™s MSP program.


• Requests and manages contractor access within SCL Health. 


• Responsible for historical edits within Kronos for assigned contract workers


• Responds to service requests, inquiries and concerns promptly, work with managers and directors as appropriate to gain resolution.


• Monitors timelines of MSP, monitors contract fulfillment process.  Escalates issues as appropriate and provides recommendations to leadership.


• Identifies and problem-solves anomalies with onboarding and data entry in Kronos and historical edits.


• Communicates issues or MSP process changes to leadership as needed.


• Produces regular and ad hoc reports for department and system leadership


• Participates on projects and in meetings as necessary to complete assignments.


• Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.

Your experience.

Required:

• Associate degree or relevant experience


• One (1) year healthcare experience


• Experience working with databases

Preferred:

• Bachelorâ™s degree


• Kronos administrator experience


• MSP experience
