The Cincinnati, OH VA Medical Center is actively seeking a well-qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to function as a Patient Safety Manager. This position is located in the Quality Safety and Value (QSV) Department. This RN demonstrates leadership in delivering and improving patient care services through collaborative strategies with others. The Patient Safety Manager provides direct staff support to medical center staff in planning, designing, integrating, and evaluating the effectiveness of the patient safety program in the facility. He/she has primary responsibility for the oversight of the facility-wide patient safety program.
