This position supports volunteer services programs and staff by managing database integrity through accurate and timely data entry and audits. Prepare and distribute department reports required for volunteer programs and projects. Supports staff and volunteer training, adhering to regulatory, compliance and safety standards. Responsible for ensuring volunteer onboarding and offboarding compliance and regulatory requirements are maintained. Manages department supplies including office space and equipment. Prepares and distributes department communication and manages department data and information. Provides project support and back-up coverage for staff as needed.
Provide system database support including data entry and audits to maintain data integrity
Responsible for preparing analytical reporting and ad hoc reports including dashboards, quarterly updates and requests from internal stakeholders (i.e. Finance, EOHS, Security)
Support the department with volunteer onboarding including background checks, fingerprinting and EOHS requirements while ensuring volunteer offboarding standards are maintained
Create and disseminate meeting agendas and meeting minutes
Supports the development and distribution of department communication and training materials
Maintain Volunteer Services SharePoint site
Update Volunteer Services Department Manual as needed
Provide administrative support as needed
Provide resources to support Customer Experience and Safety Always initiatives
Assist in budget preparation and tracking
Manage department procurement including supplies, equipment and office space
Support department programs projects and/or meetings as they arise and provides direction and support to internal and external stakeholders
Provide on-site back-up coverage for staff as needed

Bachelors Degree in business or healthcare related field and
