We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide all levels of support to the recruiting organization. The Recruiting Coordinator manages administrative functions related to the full life cycle recruitment process and maintains excellent relations with recruiters, hiring leaders, candidates and the community at-large. Administrative functions for the Recruiting Coordinator include scheduling phone screens and interviews, and documenting movement of candidates through the recruitment life cycle.
The ideal Recruiting Coordinator candidate will have a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, strong communication and proactive problem solving ability is required.
