The Compliance Department Coordinator serves as the lead to oversee the administration of the Corporate Compliance Hotline, provides overall coordination of Fairviews Compliance Program, and assists the System Director of Compliance, System Director of Privacy and Investigations, and the Chief Compliance Officer with day-to-day compliance and privacy activities, special projects and other administrative needs. This position will work with a wide range of teams and staff ranging from executive leadership to front-line staff and will collaborate with system leadership on all projects.This position requires exceptional attention to detail, follow through and customer service skills, and the ability to manage and provide ongoing support of hotline investigations. The Compliance Department Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the departments SharePoint and intranet sites, as well as assist with other Compliance departmental efforts, as needed.
Oversee the administration of the Corporate Compliance Hotline.
Review incoming alerts, conduct and coordinate investigations and remediation efforts. As warranted, assign alerts to subject matter experts to investigate.
Monitor progress of investigations.
Identify trends and patterns.
Produce reports of hotline activity for routine reporting to the Enterprise Compliance Risk and Control Committee, Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors and other reporting to stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of hotline activity.
Assist the System Director of Compliance, System Director of Privacy and Investigations, and the Chief Compliance Officer with the overall coordination of the Compliance Program.
Prepare materials for functional and system Compliance Committees, the Executive Compliance, Risk and Control Committee, and the Audit and Compliance Committee meetings.
Provide support to compliance projects and investigations, risk assessments and other duties as assigned by Compliance Leadership.
Disseminate pertinent regulatory information and other compliance related updates to stakeholders across the system.
Maintain the Compliance Departments SharePoint and intranet sites.
Organize special meetings and events.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Communicate with leadership and teams as appropriate regarding Compliance projects and hotline activity.
Develop and execute an on-going, system wide compliance communication plan to increase awareness of Fairviews Compliance Program.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience to include 4 years of project management or 6 years of administrative support.
4 years of strong project coordination experience preferably within healthcare compliance/regulatory arena.
4 years working in a complex, multifaceted healthcare organization
Data analytic and data visualization (Power BI) skills.
