Understands the process flow of the sales and marketing and underwriting process and recommends changes to data capture and metrics used to describe potential and actual sales.
Provides training and mentoring to all new hires within department.
Manages market research function for the plan including annual planning and budgeting, and coordination of specific research projects from inception to presentation of findings emphasizing understanding, use and operational implication and relevance of the research.
