This position is responsible for providing response and ROI measurement reports with base-line analysis against trends and benchmarks, as well as developing, testing and implementing new dashboard reports as part of the ongoing business intelligence efforts. This position also supports Client Services in the completion of monthly analysis and responds to day-to-day adhoc requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clarifies report needs with requestors to understand the purpose and content of requested reports, utilizes systems to create routine reports to meet user needs, audits and analyzes data to verify quality and data integrity. Points out and researches data anomalies.
Develop, test, and implement new dashboard reports as part of the ongoing business intelligence effort.
Meets user deadlines for ad hoc reports and other requested information.
Learns new technologies and systems to advance knowledge of reporting and analysis. Uses skills to enhance department process flow and improve results and outcomes.
Builds relationships with internal clients and managers and to ensure good working inter-department relationships. May act as a consultant in client meetings to support Marketing team.
Completes daily/weekly/monthly reporting assignments and strives for accuracy
Works independently and with little supervision; prioritizes and manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines; and seeks guidance from manager as needed to clarify assignments or requests, ask questions, or seek additional information.
Serves as a resource to Analyst, Reporting and provides information and training as required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
Degree in Business or Health Care related field preferred and/or 3-6 years experience.
