JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Director of Compliance and Privacy optimizes, implements and leads key functions of Conifer�s Ethics and Compliance program which will include but not be limited to Investigations and Privacy Compliance. The Senior Director of Compliance and Privacy is singularly responsible for the success of their functions within the Ethics and Compliance Program. The position assures compliance with applicable state, federal, and international regulations as well as professional guidelines. The Senior Director of Compliance and Privacy will work in collaboration with their peers to develop Conifer�s Annual Compliance Work Plan that will address the OIG Work Plan, existing and emerging organizational compliance risk, and other compliance best practices.
The position is responsible for developing and maintaining a program within Conifer to demonstrate a culture of compliance through understanding and compliance with Federal, State, and International laws and regulations, professional standards, non-Federal payer policies, and Conifer�s Code of Conduct.
