| The Clinical Research Manager oversees administrationof department-based clinical research to include conducting research,management of day-to-day operations, design and implementation of SOPs,scheduling, interfacing with multi-users, and maintenance of supplies andequipment. The Clinical Research Manager also helps to establish orientation,education and mentoring of new Research personnel, develops and monitorsoperating and capital budgets related to clinical research projects, and helpsto ensure departmental compliance with Institutional, State and Federal regulationsand standards related to clinical research. The ideal candidate for the Clinical ResearchManager role will have a Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years of research experienceincluding experience managing other staff members, an RN license and a CCRCcertification.
