Autism Spectrum Disorder – Post-Doctoral Fellowship Rush University Medical Center Chicago, IL The Autism Assessment, Research, Treatment, & Services (AARTS) Center in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago is recruiting for a two-year, full-time Postdoctoral Psychologist, Research Track for our growing, interdisciplinary program serving individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) across the lifespan. Our research program seeks to integrate the latest findings in biological, behavioral, and implementation sciences to build effective, accessible treatments for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) – of all ages. The research-oriented fellowship seeks doctoral-level clinical psychologists with substantial expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of ASD and a scholarship track-record in neurodevelopment disorders. The fellowship will involve participation in on-going ASD clinical-research studies, support to build an independent research program, and participation in clinical, training, and didactic activities in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Competitive applicants will have established reliability on gold-standard diagnostic assessments (e.g., Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, 2nd Edition and the Autism Diagnostic Interview, Revised). Supervision towards clinical licensure will also be available. Salary will be competitive with NIH stipends with full benefits.
