A Cardiac Transfer Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) possesses the ability to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team and incorporates the Beth Basics as guiding principles in providing a high level of customer service. The CSR provides overall coordination of transportation and effectively communicates with all facilities, physicians, patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure the SBHCS provides seamless care in the transportation of the patient.
Minimum of 1 year prior experience in healthcare setting (required). - Customer service experience (preferred). - Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred). - Prior data entry/word processing experience (preferred). - Microsoft office experience-word, excel, access (preferred). - Must possess good organizational skills.
