The user acceptance test consultant will be engaged in requirements analysis and accountable for defining the UAT & End to End Test Strategy, plans, design and test case definition. This role will be supported by the technical test consultant in test data design to support execution and to complete requirements validation and perform user acceptance of changes.
Deliver all stages of UAT and E2E testing: Develop strategy, plans, cases, complete execution, defect management and status reporting (scope to include but not limited to requirements validation, business process & error handling validation, user experience journey validation).
Closely collaborate with technical test consultant for planning across test phases and defect management.
Secure input across business areas to develop an E2E test scenario suite with support for execution as required.
Develop and secure approval for UAT regression test scenarios, select appropriate suites based on scope of projects.
Confirm traceability of requirements to delivery.
Prepare recommendations for requirements improvements to minimize UAT defects (based on Root Cause.
Partner with technical test consultant to have defects "move left".
UAT & E2E test expertise across all phases: Familiarity with variety of test techniques.
Extensive experience with all phases of UAT / E2E testing (strategy, design, plan, scenario, case, execution & defect management)
Familiarity with release management principles
Minimum 3-5 years Health Plan Test experience is required. Multiple products preferred (commercial, Medicare Advantage, HIX). Multiple domains preferred (Plan Sponsor, Claim, Member, Provider, Financial Reporting, etc.) but not required.

Due to the nature of work performed, this position requires that the incumbent obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC). The initial approval will be obtained as part of the pre-employment and onboarding process via a government background investigation.
