FULL-TIME - MONDAY - FRIDAY - DAYS - WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: AS NEEDED

The Children's Diagnostic & Treatment Center Coordinator plans, develops and conducts complex original research requiring comprehensive knowledge of nursing theories, practices and procedures. In doing so, evaluates nursing practices, proposes methods of improvement, and designs and conducts scientific research. Recommends approval of proposed innovations and participates in the implementation of new procedures and techniques. Monitors implementation and modifies new procedures and techniques as necessary to ensure the delivery of high quality nursing care.
State of Florida Registered Nurse license. Four years clinical experience required.
Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of Nursing. Master's degree preferred.
SOCRA (Society of Clinical Research Associates) or ACRP (Association of Clinical Research Professionals) preferred.
Working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines a plus.
Experience working with pediatric, adolescent and adult populations and two years of Clinical, Biomedical and/or Behavioral Research preferred.
Experience in coordinating all aspects of complex NIH funded HIV clinical trials including screening, enrollment, study visits, abstraction of source documentation and data entry into various sponsor data management systems strongly preferred.
Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail and strong organizational skills highly desired.
