Job Summary Provide high quality customer service duties including first contact with clients, screen families for potential programs and scheduling appropriately. Serves as main point of contact for Eligibility Department. Responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments for Eligibility Team. Assists in clearing work queues such as: scanning and data entry for Eligibility Specialists. Covering for Eligibility Specialists as needed.
Responsible for answering high volume of calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and explaining eligibility requirements and information needed for their appointment.
Assist Eligibility Specialists in clearing Work queues in our Electronic Health Record. Assist Eligibility Specialists in prepping for appointments.
Participate in outreach events with community partners and fill-in for Eligibility Specialists on an as-needed basis.
